1. Documents Screening (Online)
- Based on recruitment plan, the personnel department will review the applications submitted by the applicants and will select the right candidates for interview by evaluating their school record, language ability and the ability of job performance as well as their qualification and their character.
2. First Interview (Human Resource Team)
- Through the interview with HR department, they will check whether there are any problem with the contents of the supporting documents and also will check the applicants’ character and health condition face to face.
3. Second Interview (Executive)
- In the interviews with executives, candidates will be interviewed focusing on their qualification and functionality, and the candidates who are able to work creatively with challenging mind will be selected first
4. Final Acceptance Notification
- Select the final successful candidates through the meeting between the Human Resources Team and the Executives, and notify them of the acceptance and failure through wire and e-mail.
5. After the admission
- The final successful candidate may need to visit the company and hear the orientation about the welfare policy and the personnel policy, and any kind of documents company asks may be required to summit.
